Breaking changes: our new Navigation solution partner is Sygic

From TomTom to Sygic:
Over the years our former navigation provider reduced his SDK more and more to drive his own business solutions.
Finally a SDK is no longer available!
Looking for an alternative solution we found www.sygic.com/tomtom-sdk.
Why we recommend Sygic:
  • Good support at first hand
  • A modern Navigation Solution (with actual maps)
  • Native .NET support in the SDK (no need for third party solutions)
  • Many operating systems support including Linux and Android
  • A partner which is even able to adapt the Navigation solution to your needs.

    "I agree" screen

    Manfred,

From your experience if a user hesitates on tapping the "I agree" screen on TTN 5.2 start-up, do any of the supported API calls return successfully? (By any chance is there a way to either deactivate the "I agree" screen or catch the "i agree" event?)

    Many thanks.

    Re: "I agree" screen

    Hi,

to have SDK support it is essential to have a "normal running" TTN.
This means normaly - run TTN, load a map and if needed activate.

Before this is doen no SDK support exists.
You can also not interact with this process.

    Regards

    Manfred

They have got to 'Agree' before you can start using it with the SDK

A simple fix is to run TTN one time before you start your app
